HOW I RE-REDUCED MY TOXIC BURDEN.
Results of my TTB on my primary page are from results of the protocol without any massive external influence (normal conditions). While living in LA during the LA fires, I saw an increase in toxins unlike anything that I or my medical team have ever seen before. I went from having zero toxins in the high range to over 15 toxins in the high range (molds, heavy metals and environmental toxins) Here is what I did.
HERE IS A LINK TO VIBRANT WHERE I DO MY LABS.
YOU CAN DO TESTS SEPARATELY: MOLDS/ ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS / HEAVY METALS, OR DO THEM TOGETHER WITH THE TOTAL TOXIC BURDEN.
TTB Jan
Did a TPE (Therapeutic Plasma Exchange) Watch video here on that process.
I did the January TTB the same day as the TPE
See the link for TTB FEB, which will show the results from January and February along with the change amount.
I then re-tested in FEB after the TPE, I saw a slight reduction in toxins 11.9% on average or so.
This gave me more time between tests.
Here is what I did during that timeframe.
Sauna 4x per week
Binders 30 mins before sauna, 2 hours away from food or other supplements or medications.
Calcium D-Glucarate supplement
Glutathione
Of course all the basics, great sleep, enough hydration, exercise.

I have successfully cleared all high levels of toxins but one, and there are just a few still lingering that need to come down to be optimal. The mold / mycotoxin exposure takes longer to reduce than some of the water soluble toxins like BPA.
Molds/Mycotoxins are:
Lipophilic (fat-loving):
Many mycotoxins, such as ochratoxin A and aflatoxins, accumulate in fat tissue and slowly leach out over time.
This means detox may require months or even years, especially if exposure was long-term.
Enterohepatic recirculation:
Mycotoxins often recirculate between the liver and gut, unless you use binders (like charcoal, bentonite, or cholestyramine) to interrupt the cycle.
Immunosuppression and mitochondrial damage:
Mold toxins disrupt cellular detox pathways, slow mitochondrial function, and weaken the immune system, all of which hinder your body’s ability to eliminate them efficiently.
Ongoing hidden exposures:
Many people unknowingly continue to inhale or ingest small amounts (from moldy homes, contaminated foods), which slows or reverses progress.
Few thoughts on why a few other toxins are still mildly elevated.
Perchlorate is a highly stable anion often found in salts such as ammonium, sodium, or potassium perchlorate.
I believe this may be from the amount of minerals I am adding to my water. Will dial this back.
Acrylonitrile is a colourless liquid with a pungent odour. It is used in the production of acrylic fibres, resins, and rubber. Smoking tobacco and cigarettes are another potential exposure. Use of any of these products could lead to exposure to acrylonitrile.
I believe that this may have been due to recent exposure to smoke as when I was in Europe there was a lot of smoking that I tried to avoid but was very difficult. I took this test when I arrived back home from Europe.
WHY ALL OF THIS MATTERS AND I AM SHARING!
Women are exposed to higher levels of toxins primarily environmental toxins, and we tend to detox slower, due to storing more subcutaneous fat than males.
If you are suffering with a chronic disease you should consider getting your toxic burden levels checked.
If you read through the lab and levels that were elevated you can see that these toxins impact nearly every system from hormones, to brain health, mitochondria, gut health fertility, and so much more!
Maintaining a low level of toxins, like the results that I have on my primary page are essential.
I expect levels to be completely back to normal on my next test in 3-4 months!
